No classroom responsibilities
Lead the Development and implementation of girls’ sports programs
Promote participation and engagement in girls’ athletics at all levels
Collaborate with coaches, athletes, and parents to ensure program success and communication
Support the recruitment and retention of female athletes
Coordinate schedules, events, and resources for all girls’ sports teams
Assist the Athletic Director in managing and overseeing the athletic department’s operations
Help develop and implement policies and procedures related to athletics
Coordinate logistical aspects of games, practices, and athletic events
Assist in managing budgets, equipment, and facilities for the athletic department
Assist in evaluating coaches
Ensure compliance with school policies, and UIL regulations
Serve as a coach for a specific girls’ team depending on experience and need
Foster a positive, supportive, and competitive environment for athletes
Support student-athletes’ academic and personal development

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
Previous Head Coaching experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to motivate and inspire athletes while maintaining a positive, inclusive atmosphere
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of UIL regulations
